10.3. Check of a state and replacement of spherical support of a forward suspension bracket


Check of a condition of a spherical support

And — the Deviation of a shaft of a spherical finger
In — Axial rotation of a shaft

With — the Axial side play of a spherical support


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Release a spherical support from a rotary fist and by means of a dynamometer of bezmenny type measure the assembly resistance to a deviation in the plane of an axis of a spherical finger (see the illustration Check of a Condition of a Spherical Support). If the result of check exceeds the limit of the admissible range (0.8 — 7.8 kgfs), replace a support.
  2. With a nut, navernuty on the place, measure the size of torque of axial rotation of a shaft of a spherical finger (see the illustration Check of a Condition of a Spherical Support) — the nominal rate makes 0.5 — 5.0 Nanometers. In case of need make assembly replacement.
  3. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props (see the illustration Scheme of an Institution of Props for fixing of the car in the lifted situation).
  1. Attentively examine protective covers of spherical support on existence of signs of development of leak of lubricant. Check a condition of covers — existence of cracks and cuts is not admissible.
  1. Fix the dial measuring instrument on the cross lever of a suspension bracket, having rested its plunger in lower edges of a support of the brake mechanism, then, working with mount as the lever, wring out the lever from a rotary fist down and consider instrument reading. In the presence of a little noticeable axial side play (see the illustration Check of a Condition of a Spherical Support) the spherical support is subject to replacement.
  1. The faulty spherical support is subject to replacement.


Replacement

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Car front also establish to Poddomkratta it on props (see the illustration Scheme of an Institution of Props for fixing of the car in the lifted situation).
  2. Release a power shaft from stupichny assembly.
  3. Release a finger of a spherical support from a rotary fist.
  4. Remove a spherical support from the cross lever of a suspension bracket.
  5. Installation of components is made as it should be, the return to an order of their dismantle. Track that all fixture was tightened with the required effort.
