Performance of recovery repair of the steering pump will be reasonable to charge to specialists of car service.


Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. If you are going to remove a driving pulley, weaken a nut of its fastening.
  2. Release adjusting bolts and take off a driving belt.
  3. Disconnect a pressure head hose from the pump — try the adjusting angle of connection of a hose.
  4. Remove the soaking-up line.
  5. Turn out fixing bolts and remove pump assembly.


Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

  1. Installation is made as it should be, the return to an order of dismantle of components. Remember that all sealing rings will lie down to replacement without fail. Before installation grease new rings of pure ATF. Track that all fixing bolts (including hollow bolts of nipple sockets) were tightened with the required effort.
  2. In conclusion make adjustment of a tension of a driving belt (see Adjustment of effort of a tension of a belt of the drive of the steering pump).
